CHEF RICHARD NORWOOD
After graduating from George Brown College Chef Richard Norwood began his practical apprenticeship at the 5-star Constellation Hotel in Toronto. Richard has traveled and worked across Canada, throughout Europe and Asia. After 4 years as Chef d’Cuisine at Harrison Hot Springs Resort he became the Executive Chef of the Boat Basin Restaurant in Ucluelet. In 2009 it was finally time to fulfill his life-long dream of opening his own restaurant.
