Keeping in touch….

We miss being out on the water every day but look forward to taking you out on a cruise once it is safe to do so!

Hopefully we will be able to welcome you soon.

In meantime, please check Tourism Ucluelet’s website for travel updates: https://www.discoverucluelet.com/covid-19

End of our 2019 Season

We are now closed for the season but we already look forward to another year of adventures starting in May 2020!

Still open ….

We are still open and running our Broken Group Islands Wildlife Cruise. Recent trips have been great as there is still lots of wildlife (& islands!!) around. October 15th will be their last day of the season.

Fried Egg Sunny Side Up!

It is not hard to guess how the fried egg jelly fish got its name!

Sea Otter Soup

Seeing sea otters in the wild is always a delight! Some sea otters are quite shy but this particular group doesn’t seem to mind us coming over for a visit.

Luckily this sow and her triplets like Ucluelet as much as we do. Recently we have seen her almost daily.

Bald Eagles aplenty!

Although there are lots of Bald Eagles in our area, we never tire of seeing these majestic birds.  Here are a couple of spectacular images taken from our boat by one of our guests, Danny McCreadie.  Thanks, Danny, for allowing us share these!

Office with a View!

What I really mean when I say “I’m not in the office right now.

Could I take your number and call back later?”

Great Week on the Water

Last week was a good one for us in terms of wildlife sightings. We saw a Gray whale one day, a Humpback the next, then a group of Orcas and we also saw a healthy Black Bear sow with her TRIPLETS a couple of time. Most days we saw sea otters, all this along with the “usual” sightings of sea lions, seals, a multitude of eagles and other sea birds.
